Server 2003 comes with IE 6 and an "Internet Explorer Enhanced Secutiry
Configuration" that prevents many sites from loading, on the basis that

security.

(really just hides the icons) like Windows XP does.

the XP appearance.

Server 2003 comes bundled with Windows Media Player 9. When it starts,
it loads windowsmedia.com, but IE high security even blocks that.

down before it will let you do it.
