Here are the scales I purchased when I became interested in restricting my calorie intake - and monitoring total levels of my intake of nutrients.

They weigh up to 6kg in one gram increments.

These scales are great.

There is one problem I have with them, though - you have to wait for four seconds after turning them on before weighing anything.

Usage

My most common usage of these scales is weighing out "dangerous", high-calorie foods - such as nuts.

I don't like spending much time weighing ingredients out - and I'm hoping to become better at estimating the mass of various foodstuffs by sight - however my abilities need some "graduation".

This machine cost me £29.50. I bought it on [eBay].
